The type of information I collect includes: your name, email address and if you are working with me one-on-one, personal information about you and your health history such as your date of birth, current and past health concerns, and treatment notes from our sessions together.

This website uses Internet cookies such as the Facebook Pixel. Internet cookies log information about your visit to this site such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using and your computers IP address.

From time to time I may contact you (if you have provided your email address) to voluntarily respond to questionnaires, surveys or market research to seek your opinion and feedback. Providing this information is optional to you.

2. When is personal data collected about you?

I collect personal data when you:

  • subscribe to my newsletter
  • complete my new client form for the purposes of your initial Kinesiology session
  • make use of one of my products or services
  • interact with me in person, through correspondence, by phone, by social media, or through my website

The collection of personal data is based on consent from the subscriber. Personal data of subscribers will be transferred to and processed by MailChimp and Acuity. MailChimp and Acuity are two of our key processors and collect and store personal data.

  • for market research, business development, Facebook marketing and email updates;

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information collected from you is accurate, up to date, complete and stored in a secure environment. Most of our data collection is digital, however session notes are hand written and stored in a secure filing system.

All personal data is secured firstly via password protection on my computer terminal and then by password protection via online access points such as MailChimp, Google Suite, Acuity, Quickbooks and Square.

No information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be secure. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

We may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
