Allow 1.5 hours for your first session

Subsequent balances are 1 hour, unless you’d prefer a longer session (some clients do).

What will we do?

  • I'll get to know you and your health history, and work out where it is that you're feeling out of alignment with Who You Really Are.

  • Together we'll work out a positive, inspiring stretch-goal that's aligned with where you want to be.

  • We'll use muscle testing to talk directly with your brain, sub-conscious and Higher Self and identify imbalances in your meridian system that are getting in the way of your goals.

  • We'll clear those imbalances with a range of Kinesiology techniques. Get this - your body will tell me the best technique to use in order to bring you into alignment!

How many sessions will I need?

To begin with, it’s a good idea to plan a minimum of 3 Kinesiology sessions

All too often the first session simply “clears the decks” of your obvious issues and concerns.

The second sessions goes a little deeper, and after that… whoah! That’s where the magic happens. 🙂

However… we’ll go at your pace, not mine.

The number and frequency of sessions you have? Totally up to you… 

Most clients begin with three sessions scheduled relatively close together and after that, make an appointment once every four to six weeks to keep things on track. Sort of like a regular “tune up”.

For many people – including me – once you’ve experienced Kinesiology, it becomes an essential part of your wellbeing maintenance.

In fact, it’s common to hear people say: “I don’t know why everyone doesn’t have Kinesiology”.

It’s just that good!

How will I feel?

You’ll walk out of your Kinesiology session feeling…different. That’s for sure. There’s as many post-kinesiology experiences as there are people on the planet.

Depending on the work we’re doing together and how far along you are in the process, you might feel: energised, emotional, happy, clear, or a bit “strange” (for a while)… you get the idea.

Sometimes clients find they need a big sleep after their first session!

One thing’s certain:

You’ll have a more intrinsic awareness of who you are AND you’ll be several steps closer to your goals.

BUT there are no quick fixes

The work I do needs you to be on board with doing creating change in your life, both in and outside of your sessions.

5 reasons you’ll want to work with me

  1. I’m a multi-modalities, multi-skilled practitioner. I’m also a Yoga practitioner of 13 years and a qualified yoga teacher, too. My yoga studies include LOTS of philosophy and meditation as well as physical practice. So just like the yin-yang symbol, there’s always a little Kinesiology in my Yoga and a little Yoga in my Kinesiology. Plus other optional extras such as angel oracle card readings, intuitive guidance and Tibetan singing bowls.
  2. Where you’re at right now? I’ve been many of those places. I used to work in the corporate world, far from my true life path! I always knew I wanted to be of service to others, but wasn’t sure how. This work I’m doing? Is me living my life purpose and celebrating every-freakin-moment along the way.
  3. I’m a living, breathing example of how powerful Kinesiology can be. I’ve overcome PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), depression, anxiety and a so-called chronic autoimmune disorder. You can read my personal Kinesiology story over here. Kinesiology friggin rocks.
  4. But that’s not all. Folks, I’m not gonna pretend otherwise… I’m highly intuitive, clairaudient, clairsentient and generally SUPER tuned in to the Universe. It’s part of my work and it’s a value-add to my sessions, free-of-charge. 🙂
  5. Passion and enthusiasm coulda been my middle names. I truly love and believe in what I do. I want to help people who want to help themselves and are ready to make shizz happen. Oh yeah!
