"For a star to be born, there is one thing that must happen: a gaseous nebula must collapse. So collapse. Crumble. This is not your destruction. This is your birth."

This is not your destruction, this is your birth

“For a star to be born, there is one thing that must happen: a gaseous nebula must collapse.

So collapse.
Crumble.
This is not your destruction.

This is your birth.”

Your original programming, structure and form may need to be completely rebuilt

The only way to make room for that is to allow everything to be deconstructed.

The reminders for this process are: Take time, have patience (not as easy as it sounds!) and have faith and trust in the process.

Even when everything looks topsy-turvy and nothing makes sense!

Because there’s an intelligence operating in this process, that has nothing to do with what you think.

Keep on breathing. Keep moving. Be present and still. Hold space for witnessing the devolution and subsequent evolution of all that you believe yourself to be.

Watch the stories of your human identity as you begin to see them for what they truly are, and then dissolve back into source.

Transformation is a challenge and a gift!

Much love,

  1. Hello Amanda,

In your above article you wrote, ““For a star to be born, there is one thing that must happen: a gaseous nebula must collapse.
So collapse. Crumble. This is not your destruction. This is your birth.
The only way to make room for that is to allow everything to be deconstructed.”

What does it exactly mean? Does it mean, something very bad happens in one’s life before spiritual transformation/breakthrough? such as, a death of a loved one or a big scary accident or a relationship breakup, etc., etc., ?

I have been going through a spiritual ascension process for quite sometime. I have been facing so many problems, hardships, rough time in life. Some signs indicate that I am closer to my spiritual breakthrough.

I am sensing something bad is going to happen in my life. Your article also confirms that.

Could you please shed some light in this matter by clarifying the above statement “The only way to make room for that is to allow everything to be deconstructed”?
How do we deconstruct our life?

    Please clarify!
    Gratitude,
    Anu
