What can a heart do?

What can a heart do?

Mostly when we think of hearts, we do our best to keep them safe.

Our soppy Hollywood movies advise the following…

  • Keep them warm, protected, and adored
  • So they’re able to offer the same
  • In this idyllic space our hearts can soar
  • Easily and gracefully open and sharing their bounty

But what of hearts that are put through their paces?

In gravity-defying elasticity stress tests?

When G-forces are applied from all angles and all-at-once?

What if, in the course of a handful of months

All Karmic patterning is unleashed for your inspection?

Behold the epic opportunity for transformation!

What if life delivers multiple ways to bring you to your knees?

Now and now and now and now?

What if you are shown no mercy?

And shunned?

What then, heart?

How will you respond?

And what can you do amid the avalanche?

What will you become?

Frozen in fear?

Confined to heavily armoured barracks?

Or sent up to the tower for your own safety?

Will you split or shatter?

Immerse yourself in deep dismay at the betrayal, loss, and grief?

Or will you expand?

Re-imagine your existence?

Even into the unfathomable and unimaginable?

What can a heart do under duress?

How will you respond?

Will you graduate or flunk the School of Darkness?

What will your heart become?

Can it transform into a generator and receiver of more love than you’ve ever experienced before?

Much love,
