How do I create positive change in my life?

If I was to summarise what I do as a Kinesiologist and Intuitive Healer into a single sentence, it’d be this:

I help you facilitate and create the positive changes you want in your life.

Whether it’s physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, clients come to see me because they’re sick of how things are and want life to be different.

However, you may not know where to start!

Your body may be programmed with behavioural or emotional patterns that keep you feeling like “that’s just how it is”.

This can include physical pain or illness, trauma, making changes in your career, relationships, and more.

Feeling stuck or trapped is one of the main issues that stops us from taking steps to do things differently.

And so a Kinesiology session or a series of sessions can offer you valuable insights, a way to calm your nervous system and adrenals, and shift blocked energetic patterns in your being.

BUT! The work doesn’t stop there

You still need to walk your talk.

While a healing session is there to help clear the blocks and fears in your way, it’s always possible to go back and recreate the same issues if you want to!

Why would you do such a thing?!

Mostly we recreate old patterns unintentionally and/or because you feel safer with what you know, even if that isn’t particularly comfortable.

So the onus is on you to work with what you learn about yourself in your sessions.

And take one step forward towards how you want things to be. And then another.

If what you most need is healthier boundaries, keep saying no instead of yes to things that don’t serve you.

If your adrenals are out of balance, stop the coffee for a while. Take up meditation. Take the supplements you need.

In essence:

  • Do what’s needed
  • One step at a time
  • Keep on trying to do what’s needed
  • If you make a mistake, keep going

Change happens when what you want is more important than how things have been.
