Hello Lovely Souls!

I wanted to share this free resource with you that I created specifically for the people who often say things like…

Whenever you’re feeling any of these things, the best place to start is to come back to your Self. Go inwards!

It may be a sign that you need to slow down, change direction, listen to/observe the signs you’re offered more closely, or all of the above.

In any case, it’s not a difficult task to reconnect to your Self, the Earth, the Universe. Everything. You can do it very easily, and as often as you need to.

Reconnect Yourself guided meditation

This is something I use with my clients and for myself whenever I need it. The audio is an extended version, but it’s possible to do this meditation in just a few minutes, wherever you happen to be.

How to access the meditation

You can…

  • Listen to it right here on my website, or on my SoundCloud channel
  • Download a copy (click on the downward pointing arrow) and keep a copy on your computer
  • You can also add the meditation audio (mp3) to your phone so you can listen to it whenever you like!

I hope this meditation helps you to remember that you always have the means to find a sense of connected-ness within.
