Sometimes in a client session, my spiritual team gets a little bit lovingly ranty.
The desire for a message to cut through means the words I’m channeling become strong and intense*.

I’ve gotta say I’m amazed in some ways, that the self-esteem issues I dealt with as young person are still so prevalent amongst women in their 20’s today.
But it’s heart breaking. Why haven’t we done more to help transform those old energies?
I mean, I totally get it…the mindset and attitude they witnessed and absorbed from their parents about what it means to be a woman is what was available.
We need to stand the heck up, identify this inner dis-ease of self-loathing and low self-esteem and start taking charge of kicking it OUT of the cycle of what we inadvertently teach the next generation.
We’re physically much more free than our female ancestors BUT if we carry around the slavery of old mindsets that tell us we must value ourselves based on the way we look, then it’s MEGA WRONG-TOWN.
Women, we are no longer chattel. We are no longer objects whose worth depends on our appearance. We are no longer beholden to men for our existence.
We are human beings, here to live out our lives and be who we are. Not who we think we should be or who anyone else thinks we should be.
As long as you allow those old values and mindsets to rule your life and your opinion of yourself… then you’re at war with yourself.
Yep. And wouldn’t peace be so much nicer?
If you aren’t willing to tackle this mindset for yourself, are you willing to do it for your children? Your nieces? And any other children you come into contact with?
The time is now
We can’t just ask men to change. As women, we also have to change what we’re doing and saying to ourselves.
No more making yourself unworthy or wrong.
No more hiding away because of your own perceived lack of worth.
It’s time to be a compassionate warrior for yourself and all women and girls you know.
Act as an example. No more living in fear of your own shadow.
Be your own advocate and in this way, we contribute to the change we want to see in the world.
Peace out beautiful ones.
