Unhealed trauma can cause those affected to either become abusers themselves and/or to internalise the trauma so that it plays out on repeat, almost non-stop.

Kinesiology is a brilliant way to help clear traumatic emotion out of the body
On a personal level, Kinesiology was my go-to therapy for dealing with my own long-held issues of trauma.
I worked closely with my own practitioner to resolve PTSD, and the resulting autoimmune condition that I developed as a result of adrenal/HPA axis overload.
If you’d like to discuss whether or not Kinesiology would be useful for your own trauma recovery process, please get in touch.
Much love,
