This is a Liquid Crystals Personal Shadow Realm, created for a client
A Shadow Realm consists of the shadow of your Life Purpose crystal – i.e. the frequency of your Life Purpose written in reverse. It is your unmanifest potential, that which does not yet exist in the world.
Either side of the direct Shadow of your Life Purpose are the three Feminine and three Masculine aspects of your Shadow.
This is defined by the crystals that sit directly behind your Life Purpose crystal on the cyclic wheel of crystals according to The Liquid Crystals system.
Each degree of the feminine and masculine Shadow operates as a pair.
The darkest aspects of your shadow is closest to you and the lightest aspects are furtherest away.
You take one of your Shadow crystals per day in a specific order, and go through the cycle three times, or for 21 days.
Working with your Personal Shadow Realm can vary from easy and enjoyable to super-challenging, and everything in between!
It’s an opportunity to bring your Shadow content to the surface for awareness, investigation and integration. It’s a very powerful process but it’s best to be aware that Shadow crystals can have a little bit of a kick! 
My personal experience with my Shadow Realm was that two of my Shadow crystals were super-challenging
Everything else was relatively smooth.
Which means that two days out of seven kinda sucked for three weeks! But you bet, it brought those issues right out into the light where I could see them and work with them.
There are other ways to work with your Shadow crystals but this is the most holistic and possibly the gentlest way to go about it.
